The iCollaboration advisory leader and team of transformation experts brought innovative business transformation and leadership experience to significantly enhance the Air Force’s Logistics’ Transformation Blueprints. The process and technology blueprints, along with the developed technology modernization and optimization plans were key to a cost reduction roadmap saving the Air Force several Billions of Dollars in Logistics’ optimized materiel and operational spend.
The team’s performance can be summed as “World class”. This highly effective team with their strong inter-personal skills combined with a professional, efficient and personable approach, helped address the needs of all stakeholders during our Rel 12 upgrade project. The team worked effectively to align with our goals, constraints and timelines to ensure that all functionality with respect to the Financials and HR modules were successfully carried forward, and were also optimized with the new features and enhancements in Release 12. We were extremely pleased by their dedication to meet our project goals, and making this a successful project.

The Department of Defense focused upon revamping its Business Systems strategy by implementing a Buy versus Build Approach to reduce the Total Cost of Ownership of Business Systems, and to keep them current and modern. The Transformation Leader and team of Transformation Specialists from iCollaboration provided valuable leadership to re-engineer and optimize the business processes, as well as transform the architecture and acquisition methodology, and led a strategic initiative with leading industry software vendors, including Oracle and SAP to develop out of the box software solutions that enabled the new Buy versus Build strategy for Financials, Procurement, Contract Management, Human Capital and Product Lifecycle Management, Logistics, Maintenance, Materiel & Supply Chain systems.
The State of Colorado implemented a major Financials System, which has been widely acclaimed as a well executed project, that was delivered on-time and on-budget, and serving the business needs of the department efficiently. The team handled the overall business process design, and were effectively able to implement those in the form of a Commercial of the Shelf Software (COTS) solution, along with designing & building significant data interfaces with major State Legacy systems, banks and external 3rd party software. This was a success mainly due to the diligence, attention to detail, expertise and professionalism of the team.

The team from iCollaboration managed a major upgrade to our financial system. They were thorough, organized and extremely patient in executing a very complex project involving multiple school district systems and teams. They exercised great care in ensuring all project deliverables were met on-budget and on-time. Special mention of the Project Manager, through whose efforts, our organization saved several hundred thousand dollars. The PM’s drive, attitude, professionalism and skills were a significant value-add, and instrumental in making this a successful project. I would recommend this team for any ERP related need.
